The DCX76z is fully NMRA compatible with all systems that use the NMRA DCC data format that can be used (for example Digitrax, Lenz, LGB, Uhlenbrock, Zimo, Roco 'digital is cool', etc.)
All outputs of the receiver are powered by an internal bridge rectifier, which allows a maximum total current of 0.8A. Motor and function outputs may therefore not exceed the sum of the allowable current rectifier current total.
